We work hard to make sure your skydiving gear arrives safely, quickly, and reliably—wherever you are in the world.


📦 Tracking Your Order

  • UPS Shipments
    Track your order directly on the UPS tracking page using your tracking number.

  • Other Couriers
    For all other carriers, track your package via our trusted platform: AfterShip Tracking.


🤝 Logistics Partners

Skydive Gear Pro partners with trusted couriers to get your gear to you safely and on time. These include:

UPS Standard, UPS Express Saver, DHL, Inpost, GLS, PostNL, Omniva, BRT, CTT, Austrian Post, Colis Privé, and more.

Note: Most couriers will require a signature upon delivery for added security.


💰 Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping options and costs depend on:

  • Your delivery country

  • The total weight and size of your order

  • Your chosen shipping method

To view accurate shipping charges:

  1. Add items to your cart

  2. Proceed to checkout

  3. Your total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed before payment

⚠️ We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address.

You may also enter a different delivery address (e.g., your workplace) from your billing address, as long as your destination accepts deliveries.


⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times

  • All orders ship from Vilnius, Lithuania

  • We aim to dispatch most orders within 1 business day

  • Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location and shipping method

  • Large or bulk orders may arrive in multiple packages

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. If there’s a delay, we may ship directly from the manufacturer (with your approval).


🌍 Global Delivery Coverage

We offer worldwide shipping. However, in rare cases, some destinations may not show shipping options during checkout.

Receiving & Accepting Delivery

Upon delivery:

  • Inspect the package for visible damage (tears, dents, water damage, etc.)

  • If there’s any damage, note it on the courier’s delivery slip

  • Take photos and write a short damage report to document the issue

By signing the delivery document (bill of lading, invoice, or receipt), you confirm that the goods were received in acceptable condition.


🔁 Missed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If you’re not available at the time of delivery:

  • The courier will usually leave a notification card

  • You’ll need to contact the courier directly to reschedule delivery

Skydive Gear Pro reserves the right to charge for any additional delivery attempts or courier service fees caused by missed deliveries.

We are not liable for late delivery or non-delivery due to customer unavailability or failure to follow up with the courier in time.
