Ordering from Skydive Gear Pro is simple, secure, and fast. Follow the steps below to complete your purchase with confidence:


1. Add Items to Your Cart

Once you’ve found the gear you need, click “Add to Cart.”
Then, hover over the shopping cart icon in the top-right corner and click “Checkout” from the pop-up that appears.
Alternatively, you can access the checkout page directly from your cart.


2. Choose How to Proceed

You can:

  • Log in to your existing account

  • Register as a new customer

  • Or continue as a guest without creating an account

Tip: If you’re a returning customer or want to track your order history, we recommend logging in or registering for a free account.


3. Select Customer Type

Choose one of the following account types:

  • Default (standard customers) – quick and easy registration

  • Dealer – for certified Skydive Gear Pro resellers (approval required)

  • Company (VAT Number Holder) – for business accounts (approval required)

Dealer and Company accounts must be created via the Account Registration page and are subject to manual approval.


4. Enter Your Billing Address

Make sure your billing information is complete and accurate to avoid delays in processing your order.


5. Add a Different Shipping Address (Optional)

If your delivery address differs from your billing address, simply uncheck the “My delivery and billing addresses are the same” box and fill in the correct shipping details.


6. Choose Your Shipping & Payment Methods

Select your preferred shipping method and payment option.
Shipping availability and rates vary based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

Note: All shipping times are estimated and may vary slightly based on location and carrier.


7. Review Your Order

Check your cart carefully. You can still adjust item quantities or remove products if needed.


8. Apply a Discount Code (Optional)

If you have a coupon code, enter it in the provided field to apply your discount.
