You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you trust) receives your gear to cancel your order or start a return—no explanation needed.
If your items arrived in parts, the 14 days begins once the final piece is delivered.


🛍️ Returning an Item? Here’s What You Need to Know

You’re welcome to return items if:

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving them

  • The gear is unused, undamaged, and still in original condition

  • All labels, packaging, and tags are intact

  • The item wasn’t custom-made or personalised just for you

❌ Items that are custom-built or damaged after delivery aren’t eligible for return unless faulty.

  • Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size? You’ll cover return shipping

  • Received the wrong item or something faulty? We’ll cover the cost

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to keep things safe

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you’d like to return or cancel

We’ll confirm next steps from there.

Once we confirm, you’ll have 14 days to return the item. We’ll provide the correct return instructions when you get in touch.


🚫 What You Can’t Return

To protect your health and ensure product integrity, some items aren’t eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalised gear

  • Worn or used items

  • Sealed products (like underlayers or software) if the seal is broken


đź’ł Refunds Made Simple

As soon as we get your return and confirm its condition:

  • We’ll issue your refund (including basic shipping costs if applicable)

  • Using the same payment method you used at checkout

  • Within 14 days

We may wait to refund until we receive your return or you provide proof it’s been shipped—whichever comes first.

Please take care of the gear while it’s with you. Items returned in used or damaged condition may not be refunded.
